Our core purpose is to increase the housing stock through the provision of properties, and to provide mortgages that would enable our customers acquire these properties. We are set out to redefine the concept, system and mechanism of mortgage operation in the Nigeria banking industry.

The Company transacts the following types of business:

• Performing property management and estate agency duties.
• Engaging in Property trading.
• Granting of loans and advances to any person for the building, improvement or extension of a dwelling/commercial house.
• Carrying out normal commercial banking business through which private savings are mobilized for on lending to customers who are desirous of short-term mortgage facilities.
• Assisting NHF subscribers access mortgage loans under the Fund.
• Financing and developing estates through accredited Developers.
• Marketing and selling of housing units built by developers or acting as the PMI to the developer.
• Creating mortgages through internally generated savings.
• Acceptance of Savings and Deposits from the public and payment of interest thereon.
• Offering of technical advisory/project consultancy services for estate development.

 We operate from our Head Office at Plot 639, Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island, Lagos and about 400 branches of our correspondence bank nationwide.
